Objetivo: analizar las cefaleas causadas por la mal oclusión. Método: revisión sistemática en población de 15 articulos científicos. Resultados y Conclusión: La evidencia revisada respalda que la maloclusión, aunque no siempre es un factor causal directo, desempeña un papel significativo como contribuyente en la aparición y exacerbación de cefaleas, especialmente en el contexto de trastornos temporomandibulares, dolor miofascial y parafunciones orales como el bruxismo.
