Objective: to analyse headaches caused by malocclusion. Method: systematic review of 15 scientific articles in the population. Results and Conclusion: The evidence reviewed supports that malocclusion, although not always a direct causal factor, plays a significant role as a contributor to the onset and exacerbation of headaches, especially in the context of temporomandibular disorders, myofascial pain and oral parafunctions such as bruxism.
