Objetivo: analizar los cuidados de enfermería en pacientes con Gangrena de Fournier. Método: Revisión sistemática de 15 artículos científicos. Resultados y conclusión: Los cuidados enfermeros en pacientes con gangrena de Fournier representan un desafío considerable que exige un abordaje integral y especializado, donde la evidencia analizada pone de manifiesto la trascendencia de la detección precoz, la valoración exhaustiva y los cuidados especializados de heridas como elementos determinantes para mejorar los resultados clínicos.
