Objective: to analyse nursing care for patients with Fournier's gangrene. Method: Systematic review of 15 scientific articles. Results and conclusion: Nursing care for patients with Fournier's gangrene represents a considerable challenge that requires a comprehensive and specialised approach, where the evidence analysed highlights the importance of early detection, comprehensive assessment and specialised wound care as determining factors in improving clinical outcomes.
