Objective: To analyse the gynaecological manifestations of Turner syndrome from a clinical case. Method: Clinical case. Results: The patient presented symptoms characteristic of classic Turner syndrome, which explains her short stature and absence of menstruation.The diagnosis of Turner syndrome was made late, highlighting deficiencies in primary health care services. Critical points in the patient's care included lack of prenatal and postnatal care, as well as delayed diagnosis and treatment of Turner syndrome.
