Objective: to study missed abortion from a clinical case. Method: clinical case, patient 29 years old, Marital status Married. Results and Conclusion: The clinical case corresponds to a 29-year-old married patient, 6 weeks and 1 day pregnant, who goes to the emergency department with slight transvaginal bleeding and hypogastric pain that has been present for 72 hours. After clinical and ultrasound evaluation, a diagnosis of missed abortion is established.
