Resumen

Objetivo: estudiar el aborto diferido desde un caso clínico. Método: caso clínico, paciente de   29 años, Estado civil Casada. Resultados y Conclusión: El caso clínico corresponde a una paciente de 29 años, casada, con una gestación de 6 semanas y 1 día, quien acude al servicio de emergencia por presentar sangrado transvaginal escaso y dolor hipogástrico de 72 horas de evolución. Tras la evaluación clínica y ecográfica, se establece el diagnóstico de aborto diferido.
