Objetivo: analizar las complicaciones durante el embarazo en pacientes con útero bicorne. Método: Revisión sistemática. Resultados y conclusión: El útero bicorne representa una malformación mülleriana con implicaciones significativas durante la gestación, asociándose a un amplio espectro de complicaciones obstétricas que incluyen insuficiencia cervical, anomalías placentarias, presentaciones fetales distócicas y mayor tasa de cesáreas.
