Objetivo: analizar la Intervención de enfermería en paciente postquirúrgico con prolapso vaginal. Método: Revisión sistemática de 15 artículos científicos. Resultados y conclusión: Se requiere de una atención en enfermería que combine rehabilitación del suelo pélvico, apoyo psicológico, educación preoperatoria sobre expectativas de recuperación y seguimiento postoperatorio estructurado mejora significativamente los resultados funcionales y la calidad de vida de estas pacientes.
