Cuidados de enfermería en pacientes con la enfermedad de Parkinson. Revisión sistemática [Nursing care for patients with Parkinson's disease. Systematic review]

analizar los cuidados de enfermería en pacientes con la enfermedad de Parkinson. Método: Revisión sistemática en 15 articulos. Resultados y conclusión: Las intervenciones enfermeras con mayor evidencia de efectividad incluyen: programas educativos estructurados sobre gestión de medicación, estrategias personalizadas para prevención de caídas, y modelos integrados de atención domiciliaria adaptados al estadio de la enfermedad. La implementación de estas intervenciones requiere formación especializada del personal de enfermería, actualmente identificada como una brecha significativa en diversos contextos asistenciales.
