Objective: To present a clinical case of conjunctival melanoma in an 82-year-old patient. Method: Clinical case. Results and conclusion: The present clinical case of conjunctival melanoma in an 82-year-old patient highlights the importance of early diagnosis and timely surgical management in this rare but highly aggressive malignant neoplasm. Enucleation of the eyeball was imperative due to the compromised surgical margins and the invasive nature of the lesion, emphasising the need for a comprehensive multidisciplinary approach.
