Objective: to analyze the methods of screening and early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer. Method: systematic review of 15 scientific articles. Results and Conclusion: Early diagnosis of pancreatic cancer is crucial for improving patient prognosis and survival. Among the most promising methods are tumor biomarkers such as carbohydrate antigen 19-9 (CA19-9) which, although limited by its low specificity and sensitivity, may be more effective when combined with other inflammatory markers. Endoscopic ultrasound with fine needle aspiration (EUS-FNA) is an invasive technique used to obtain tissue samples, the optimization of which is essential to increase its diagnostic efficacy.
