Intersection of dentistry and beauty diversity [Intersección entre la odontología y la diversidad de la belleza]

Objective: to analyze the intersection between dentistry and beauty diversity. Method: systematic population-based review of 15 scientific articles. Results and Conclusion: Facial and dental beauty is a complex concept that combines scientific, artistic, cultural and subjective elements. While mathematical proportions, symmetry and harmony between hard and soft tissues are fundamental to aesthetic perception, it is also crucial to recognize the influence of individual factors such as age, gender, cultural context and personal expectations.
