Abstract

Objective: To analyse human-technology interaction to improve the doctor-patient relationship and emotional well-being based on a systematic review. Method: PRISMA systematic review, analysing 15 scientific articles. Results and conclusion: The systematic review confirms that human-technology interaction plays a disruptive role in improving the doctor-patient relationship and emotional well-being, provided that it is integrated in a balanced and complementary manner to human communication. Technology, especially artificial intelligence and digital platforms, can optimise time management, facilitate communication in critical situations and strengthen social support, contributing to more efficient and personalised care.
