Objetivo: analizar la atención integral de enfermería en pacientes con displasia fibrosa ósea. Método: Revisión sistemática. Resultados y conclusión: Los resultados destacan el papel esencial de la enfermería en el manejo de esta condición, abarcando no solo el control de síntomas físicos, como el dolor y las limitaciones funcionales, sino también la educación al paciente y su familia, el apoyo emocional y la coordinación con el equipo interdisciplinario.
