About the Journal
Definition of the journal: Cuaderno de enfermería. Revista científica, is a bilingual scientific journal (Spanish - English), belonging to the Instituto de Investigación Multidisciplinaria Perspectivas Globales (IIMPG), of international character with headquarters in Portoviejo - Ecuador, of four-monthly periodicity (Ordinary issues), following the following order: January - April. May - August. September - December, publishing within the indicated period.
Its objective is to disseminate open science from a multidisciplinary approach in health sciences, through the publication of refereed articles of high scientific and methodological value. Having as thematic coverage the areas of: Nursing, Bioethics, Nursing Research, Clinical Practice in Nursing, Nursing Management and Leadership, Nursing Education, Public Health and Community Nursing, Innovation and Technologies in Nursing.
It is directed to the public conformed by academic-scientific researchers, undergraduate and graduate university students.
It is a peer-reviewed scientific journal that publishes original research articles in Spanish and English that must have been carried out with the strictest epistemological and methodological rigor to contribute to scientific growth.
It is governed by the Vancouver publication standards.
Cuaderno de enfermería. Revista científica, adheres to open access policies, following the guidelines of the following declarations: Budapest (BOAI, 2002), Berlin (2003) and Bethesda (2003).
