Neuroeducation and comprehensive sexuality education are areas for fostering balanced psychosocial and cognitive development, especially in community contexts. The research objective is to analyse neuroeducation and sexuality education from a community curriculum perspective. A review and analysis of the available scientific literature on neuroeducation and sexuality education was carried out. Thirty-two references composed of peer-reviewed articles were selected. By integrating both variables in community curricula, a more inclusive and equitable education is achieved, which not only improves academic performance, but also empowers individuals, ensuring greater social and educational equity. Neuroeducation and sexuality education, from a community curriculum perspective, represent complementary approaches that enhance the holistic development of students in diverse educational settings. Neuroeducation enables personalised learning and fosters key competencies such as self-regulation, critical thinking and motivation.
